The act of smudging is a traditional Native American practice used to cleanse and purify spaces and people using the smoke of burning sacred botanicals. All of our botanicals are home grown here at The Shack. For this smudging wand we have used: 
Mint: can be used for home protection, cleansing, healing, abundance, prosperity, vitality…
Sage: can be used for banishing, protection, cleansing, grounding, healing…
And Lavender: can be used for protection, home cleansing, peace, tranquility, happiness… 
To use a smudging stick, light the end of the smudging bundle and allow it to smoulder…. Place onto a heat-resistant dish and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negativity and attract positivity. Vocalise your intentions, ensure the bundle knows its purpose. 
Fully extinguish after use and please practice fire safety…
