The act of ‘smudging’ is a traditional Native American practice used to cleanse and purify spaces or people using the smoke of burning sacred herbs. 
For this bundle we have used home grown botanicals selected from The Shack’s garden! 
Sage: can be used for banishing, energy protection, home protection, cleansing, spiritual enhancement, grounding, healing… 
Rosemary: can be used for banishing, protection, cleansing, healing, home blessings…
And we have added a sprig of Montbretia which symbolises deep connections, friendship, this attracts warmth, joy, positivity and strength. 
To use, light the end of the smudge stick and allow it to smoulder, place onto a heat-resistant bowl and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negative energies and draw in positivity. Vocalise your intentions, focus on what you want to achieve. 
Fully extinguish after use and never leave these unattended, even we witches must practice fire safety! 🤭
